	Could be so, but in the 6 nights of RL I ahve been with a group of me a 27 lvl monk and a 29 lvl cleric pulling singles we have come across 5. So of course the cleic has 2, the monk has 2 and I have 1. Will be going back again to get a second that will be passed to the Druid in our guild on server

	Your logic is flawed. The haste percentage doesn't reduce the delay by that amount. Rather, it increases the damage over time by that amount by adjusting the delay. Not quite the same thing. 1 / (1/delay * (1 + Haste)) 1/50 * 1.10 = 0.22 1/0.22 = 45.45 (which in this case rounds to 45)

	Well, A) you need a big raid to kill Dlammaz and B) Kael faction is the BEST for tanks (highest AC) and therefore many people WILL NOT give up their Kael faction to go on a raid to have the chance to get this weapon. Raising faction isn't all that bad (just go kill dorfs in Thurg B)

	The procs are pretty much random. I have a deadwood stave and a Dex of 110. In one battle I had it proc 7 times and then only 2 times over the next five battles. 	You might want to consider using the classifieds for buying and/or selling ( https://everquest.allakhazam.com/dyn/forsale.html ). That way you might actually get a response. As for hunting in Sol A, I'd say that lvl 19 is too low to head in as deep as needed for this to drop.
