	Is there a minimum level to do this quest. I'm lvl 42, and I have all the pieces. I was told that if you try to turn them in before 50 then they'll be eaten. Also is there a minimum lvl to use the clarity effect?

	Nope the 20MR is not counted in, they calculate on this site dly/dmg, so 24/12 is 2 and 24/9 is 2.666 and the lower the ratio the better.

	Filo is the guys name. He is a Barbarian Warrior with a Warlord's crown. He uses this in primary and Primal Warsword in offhand.

	Will guilds and grouping be the only way to get exp at the higher levels like EQ? Or will I be able to go off and gain some exp on my own once in a while even as a late level char?

	From my experience levelling is definitely faster in Daoc than EQ up until level 20. At that point it seems to go at about the same rate. People will get to level 50 faster than an untwinked EQ player will get to 60. However, this has been done on purpose, PvP only becomes viable after level 20,

	the wizzards in perma are around lvl 30 but there are two gobby wizzards in the game i think ones either in butcherblock or runnyeye and they are lvl 9 so thats why it lists the ones in perma as nine but trust me they arent

	Part of the fun in a game is the leveling. In this game it seems way too easy to level. Some ppl are sayign they have gotten to level 20 in one day jsut doing quests. That to me takes alot of fun out of a game. :( Someone post if i have gotten this wrong.

	Agreed. I just bought one of these for 50pp, and I really like the overall look of me holding it while I'm illusioned as a skeleton. Very creepy. The negative 9 charisma is a horrid thing, but I've found that if for whatever reason I want to charm at these low levels, charm still works fine. Mez

	Well since it is NOT clickable you DO have to wield it to get it to PROC! The information here is incorrect and the effect is not triggered in the clicking sense. Calling people a "dumbass" under the guise of "Annonymous"... very brave of you.
