I like the stats on this piece. However, I think that a Tattered Mantle (ac12 +10sv dis +20hp) or Engraved Bone Pauldrons (ac12 +5agi +3dex -20cha) are better for tanking types solely on merits of AC, which will do a heck of a lot more for you than +4sta and +4str. Just my opinion though.

Yeah, for plate wearing classes the AC is better. Still I like the stats and saves on the velium hound. Imbued Field Plate of Rallos Zek is a pretty specific item, mainly gonna be large race warriors wearing this. The velium hound is all/all making it a much better item to players in general. |

If you are talking about the corrupt quenos guard faction. kill some orc or gnolls in Highhold pass, and turn scalps in to gate captains, or kill goblins in high keep and turn in the ears. All three raise sevral factions and lower none.

Best way is to get on during the day on a weekday. I have checked for him dozens of times, since camping 7 hours for my testament. He's been up more often than not sduring the day. Try early am, or lunch, or a day off. |

You can put a No Drop item in a trade window, and the NPC seems to take it, but I have tried this with summoned hammers, and the npc won't use it. Also won't have it if you kill the npc.

Of course damage matters for a warrior, the more dmg you do the more aggro you get (why do you think monks and rogues get aggro??) You need a fast and High damaging weapon (jade mace, lammy etc)
And to the ranger (lvl 35) who is giving up on getting his wurmslayer because it isnt enough aggr |

Embue Rose quartz is a lvl 29 spell, ero marr worshippers only. This is cultural armor, so it takes High quality folded sheets, MOB drop only for the ore. Also, its the plate bracer mold, and you have to use the FREEPORT human cultural forge.

I love my shield, but makes me wonder why they would name a shield Atramentous (meaning black as ink) which sounds great for a shadow knight.. then make it a Bright GOLD.
