the spell does 263 damage and its a right click effect, long cast time though i would say around 6-7 seconds, no mana and instant recast so its nice ) there ya go |

ok, no wet blanket here, just a couple pieces of info. These are decent for druids under 40, but there are 2 other options I know of. Burynai boots from Field of Bone/Kurns are +3 wis and there is a quest anklet (no drop) that is also +3 wis-however i have never seen the rare mob for this one. N |

hmmmm Maybe a CASTER with maxed INT without gloves, then these may be nice for them. Never assume that no one wants them just because YOU don't. There are people who may like a 7AC glove with STR. Besides, alot of level 20's would love to pay good plat for them. |

You will need an enchanter for this one. The thichen mana spells is sold in the brownie village. The enchanter will also need a pearl and a poison vial(made by pottery skill) as components.

Too perfect. Just because something is light, doesn't mean is should be monk wearable. The AC is way high for a monk item. I have this weapon, and I love it, cost me 30k worth of stuff.
Toooo many people come and inspect asking me what it is.
Damage is great, double attacks for 120s with 194str and less stamina reduction.
The looks, phroa, identical to Noctivigant blade, but bigger on me (barbarian)

Actually to cast the normal spell "Winter's Roar" the cast time is 4 seconds. To cast the spell on the bracer however the cast time is doubled to 8 seconds. There is no recast time on it. It is a cold based 263 point cold based DD though. I can take down hill giant with about 11 nukes from my brace |

actually no, the stats for myrmidon(skyshrine/dragons) and Warlord(kael Drakel/giants) are supperior to both berzerkers(PoG) and Champion(thurgedin)

Not possible to have neg CHA or neg stats.
I tested the idea with a dwarf with a forsaken pariah mask (-25 cha), Grotesque Mask (-9) a bit of minor neg cha gear and then went skunk hunting. With all the modifiers I should have been neg 7 cha but it would not go negative.
