	Ok, I'm in the process of doing this quest, not too deep into it to get mad about this, but it seems half elves can't use it... I'm a half elf pally, and unless VI has changed the usable races on it, I might as well give up this quest. Does anyone know if half elves can use it now or what?

	Looks like Verant may have a new contender. I know of at least 2 entire guilds that are moving over to DAoC upon release. If you don't change when you should you WILL change when you must, just to survive. Verant, I hope you read fan-sites such as this. If you don't you will wind up on the wrong end

	If you are asking for something that is better AND easier/cheaper to get, then no. Other options would be Cougar claw earring, and sarnak earring of station. These earring will get you a long way. I think I upgraded to cougar claw at level 43.

	This item drops in the 10th Coldain Insignia Ring War. In short, this war involves a full out battle with about 6 waves (if I remember correctly) of Kael Giants. 2 waves of Recruits - all blue at lvl 55 2 waves of (Captains?)- blue to yellows at 55 2 waves of Warlords - yellow to red as heck at 5
