	The Cleaver gives a 16 bonus damage to my level 52 Warrior. Does the bonus go up every time I level or bring up my skill? The Weighted Axe gives a 48 bonus damage and it's only 1 dmg higher than the Cleaver......that sucks.

	Good luck getting a Windstriker, especially at level 40. Considering it takes multiple trips to Air (with the level 46 requirement) to complete the quest, and that there are maybe 2 on all of Fennin Ro.. yeah, ok. This bow is one of the best bows you can buy, and one of the best in the game.

	no its not. look at every other piece of wu's. you still need a lvl 12 enchanter for those. as far as tailoring skill, these trivial at 88, where as all the other wu's items trivial at 128-158 depending on the type. you need a GLS to make these, that may be why it says lvl 16, but i doubt it. i
