	Not sure about the 650pp for this if someone paid that much for one of these they weren't the smartest or they had an over abundent amount of gold to give away. This is basically medium bronze with a couple to magic resists, I have not sold these but I would say more about 40pp for the breast plate.

	You dont ever have to go to NFP do you, cuz evil races are KOS there. Im a DE warrior, and im KOS there and i've been hunting orcs since like level 5.

	I'm 100% sure this effect is a proc, NOT triggered. I got one two days ago and I use it often, right clicking does nothing, it definitely procs.

	Its for casters, once you hit 200 wis/int you need mana items to have it go up worth anything.

	This thing is awsome in some encounters like raids duels and PVP.. it's got mad resists. and they nerfed it so it drops a lot less now... but i'll definatly trade my book for this in and vox trip or anything like that.

	Actually it's not a Kunark/Velious only bug, helping anyone who is killing something with factions anywhere will cause you to also take a faction hit (it adds you to the hate list otherwise clerics could heal you all day and never aggro anything)...if you do this and that mob walks by another of it

	My group killed the Guano Harvester and got the cloak last night March 25, 2001. So who ever told you it was not droping any more was way off.

	No shield enables magical creatures to be hit by slam. The Slam ability uses the shoulders and so having a magical mantle or pauldron of some sort should enable you to hit magical creatures. (I'm about 80% sure about this statement), I could be wrong

	I dont belive this item was dropping properly. Ester made a comment on the shaman board about checking it out on test, so it hadnt gone live yet.

	Well...I guess they figured if they made it a DD, what would it do? 3K dmg? That wouldn't work, it would unbalance the game. 	Got one the first time I killed Minotuar Patriarch and this is his common drop, rare drop is an Ebony Bladed sword.

	Yeah they drop off Othmirs in Cobalt scar but I can't get anyone on Brell to sell me 2 lousy furs. I'm not sure what level making othmir fur caps becomes trivial but I have all the ingredients except the furs. Good wis items come from othmir furs do not throw the furs away :)
