Characters don't look that bad, infact i'm looking forward to getting the expansion just to see how all the new models look in game. I think the real problem is whoever is taking these screen shots, a bunch of armorless newbies running around infront of one texture backgrounds, kinda ruins it.

The estimated download time for the patch on my computer says 24 hours..what is up with that? Ive tried several things fix it, but nothing has worked. I have a 56k dial up modem, but shouldn't run that slow...Right? Any Suggestions?

Wonderful! a good mid range wis back slot item. Most of the ones more than +4 wis are rather dificult to obtain...

I would try to simply re-install the sound card drivers for your computer. I would go to the manufacturers site of whom made your sound card and get the MOST updated sound card drivers, and re-install them. Hope that helps ya! |

Look at the AC on this thing. If it had 2 or 3 AC, then maybe 1kpp. But at 8 AC you're looking at possibly upwards of 5kpp. More if they do wind up being rare. Remember that at the level you need to be to attain this, an 8 AC boost can cost you 8kpp+ (depending on what gear you have). |

I don't have SoL yet. I have a Pentium 3, 576MB of ram, and a Hercules 3d Prophet MX II, GeForce 2 based graphics card. when i attempt to play everquest i get a black screen where the user agreement should be. nothing i have tried seems to help. any suggestions?

I know of exactly one gnome shadowknight... Forpar Fizfla in the second windmill in Steamfont. Some time if you have a death wish, go attack him. I warn you though, he's level 65, and harmtouches... that's a painful harmtouch :) |

Quick question. I know nothing about 3D graphics cards. My computer says I have a 3Dfx Voodoo Banshee APG, but Verant only has Voodoo 3 and Voodoo 5 listed as usable sound cards. Are either of those the drivers I'm looking for? |
