I picked up a crystal fiber (8/26 1hs, drops in same zone) for 35pp off a vendor. Upon further inspection (looking for other good deals off the dorf vendors) I also found a grinder for about 11pp. Makes for a nice dually combo on my level 5 warrior =). |

Someone gave one to my pet while we, 40th necromancer and 45th clerric, cleared and held the assassin room.
Admittedly, my pet did get the proc off a lot ... and he was hell dangerous with it before he died. He was our tank, you see.

Believe it or not but my girlfriend who plays just for fun looted a SKIN from a BURELY gnoll. Yes a BURELY gnoll. I know it's hard to believe but I swear to you, i just logged her off because I knew that the skin was hard to find but I'm seeing that they only drop off of elites and commanders. |

It depends on how you look at the numbers, 20/21% shows about what the delay is changed too, where as 17/18% shows the actual speed gain, or atleast something along those lines I believe. |

You're describing a dragon or two in North Wing of ToV. Except they're harder than that, and we've killed them. 100k HP is nothing compared to some of em.
In general, though, all of the ToV quests have been both better and easier to get than good North ToV items. |

I think they just add mana because the designers got kinda lazy when they put the weapon together. If you'll note that all the primal add the same stats regardless of the weapon. Or in other words +5 to all, and +50 hp and mana.
