	Actually, snare is so low in mana cost that you can still cast it when you dont see any blue. It's a level 1 Druid spell and costs 15 mana. IMO it is by far the best spell druids get. The real beauty of this items is that you can mem a new spell in place of snare unless casting time is imper

	This has to be Ranger useable... I see 60 Warder's all the time in Keepers of the Faith that wield this thing with their Tolan's Longsword of the Glade. What's the deal? Is the picture old or something?

	You do realize that the Wis & Int Caps are no longer 200 but 255 now don't you? You no longer get 1 mana per point of Wis/Int over 200 but something around 6 points per point :)

	From what I've been told, an enchanter with mem blur when the MoBs are at 5% health or very low will work. Mem blur cancels out the faction though right?

	Indeed this is a great clickystick but the info you've posted doesnt really match mine at least. The cast time when i checked was 5 seconds wich amounts to 456 dmg/min. More importantly though is that you can't cast while using this. It casts the spell just like any other spell. So its no delay, 5

	Snare/Root/DoT/Sit/Med Mob dies, you run pick up loot. Target another mob and repeat. Why would i want to go and get hit if i don't have to? ;)
