	A better tactic than to decrease dmg output from tanks is to get several enchanters and make them all cast manaseive on Vox. 	i don't know how many casters get into a melee fight and take aggro, but my guess would be most casters dont have dodge maxed out...this nice +5% would quite kick ass for them. grats to those who obtain it
