	Well looks like Iksar finaly get some decent AC items to use its a good change. As for the people complaining about the wisdom it dose help trade skill some and who wouldnt want a AC 15 Bracer on a mele.

	This item, as mentioned in the previous posts, is a fairly rare item. It drops off Grachnist the Destroyer in Warslik's Woods, who can be spawned fairly easily by killing as many Goblins in the fort as you can. He spawns in any of the spots held by the Goblins. I've been able to spawn two at once
