You don't know what you're talking about either. Nothing in ToV except some of the dragons has anywhere remotely close to 200k hp. |

i have a warrior friend who showed me this item and it really is great, my question is if im fighting a mob and just leave it in my range slot will it proc? or do i have to actually cause damage to the mob with my awful piercing skill. |

Well recently they have nerfed the drop rate on thses big time. I have some friends who have compleatly cleares the reaver about 15 times this month and didn't see 1 drop. And if you wanna buy one they go from 15-20k. Well you know how it is verant always screws us rangers. |

There's 3 forms of twinking:
Light Twinking-Equipment within 10 or so levels of the character
Medium Twinking-Stuff pushing 20 levels higher then the character. Gives a large advantage over mobs.
Heavy Twinking-The character will will only upgrade those pieces a few times if at all. Example |

as anybody looked up what hast does it is 2% hast at lvl one and goes p 1% every level till you hit lvl 50, so i think an hast item will work. |

aside from Chardok, PoA, and the Green Scale you can pretty much get the rest on a pickup raid.

Obviously the other casters will argue but it has 10cha and 5% dodge which sounds like it was made for enchanters to me.
If the enchanter gets 3 more mana pts per tick, he or she can buff everyone else more often with the highest mana cost spells.

I believe you are incorrect about the haste stacking.
Yes, One Permanent item and one spell. But also, every epic haste effect stacks with all others, and several bard songs stack with spells and each other....so theoretically you could have Spell, Item, Epic, and i think 4 bard songs ( need a g |

I made some powerleveling in this zone and it's look impossible to have more than 3 same mobs at time on 1 character...
Easy test:
-aggro a StoneGrabber or Grey Hopper
-run like the Hell in the zone, every Stonegrabber / Greyhooper will come to help his friend
-you can make some HUGE train li |
