	ok when I first read that this was a snare effect I got excited... then I noticed that it's duration is 3 ticks... nice item, but not worth going out of your way to get.. very limited use.

	I think there might be some kind of bug with helm graphics. I've noticed at times I log in and I can't see anyone's helm's, myself included. If I pop mine off, then back on, I can then see it. Tried this with a friend too, and after taking it off and putting it back on, I can see theirs as well.
