No, actually us "nancy boys" are playing the game as intended. PVP was never a designed in part of the game, it was something thrown in for people who whined for it.
And in the end, it was badly designed and never worth it.

i think i have an idea why the server is down again..
i got on for 5 min after patch before i got kicked off by gm's.. im lvl 15 and fighting in crushbone... i amazingly looted a fungi and clock of flames

Proc is 81 max, can be lower at times (I think depending on the mob's magic resistance) and it CAN be resisted altogether at times

The new expansion sounds great, but one thing that i guess everyone has on their mind: will there be higher requirements? A recommended 512MB of Ram is asked to run Luclin graphics, so is the new expansion gonna have a recommended Ram of 1GB?

VP is easy. None of the dragons there have more than 32k hp's. When VP was designed, there were no epics, there were no primal weapons, and the best armor was the kunark armor. EQ is a completely different game than it was then.
