Ok, I need to find out if the reason i cant even get past the server select screen is because of my server.. or because I run on an AMD K6.. or because of the way i have directx and video and sound setup... I actually got in! Of course, I can barely read my text, had to turn off the sky, mip, turn the clip plane down, and turn off almost all my text lines to not go LD from the lag.
Fair warning if you get in. The lag is horrible throughout most zones. AMD K6 owners are supposedly suffering worse |

I'm also having the "no 3D device found" problem, WITH DirectX8.1 on Win98 2nd edition. I've already re-downloaded and reinstalled DX 8.1, so skip that suggestion.
Running DXdiag.exe, the second 3d test brings this message:

I just came here after having countless problems due to the '3d device not found' and got bored & ran dxdiag, ran the Direct3D Test and it failed on step 5 as was said in a previous post...decided to hit the disable button next to direct 3D and it said This will enable Direct3D on all your etc e |

Finally get past the 'No 3D device found' hitch, and after 20 minutes of logging in zoning in etc I give up, my ISP died every time 5-20 seconds after I finally got in, *gaurenteed* drop everytime...oh well not much difference than half an hour ago I suppose

Just got one of these the other day. I am not a big fan of piercing weapons but I must say for a 2hand pierce this does about the same as my Noct Blade cept no bash. /sigh With a skill of only 165ish I am getting some 100+ strikes. |

I used to have a GeForc2 MX and I got the No 3D devices found, I replaced it with a GeForce2 TI and I am still getting the No 3D devices found. Hehe this jumped me, had all the wrong spells memmed and no pet, so had to try and root him to get my dot up. Resist Resist Resist, rooted, open book, get up again unrooted after 2 secs. Low on health pulled of a heal luckily I could outrun him with sow finally memmed dot and reduced him to 1/3 heal |

i have 512 ram and i tried out the new graphics, and everyone is hald naked if not fully naked, anyone know how to solve this? And please don't post saying that it's a good thing i've heard it before, it isn't tofunny, and seeing your characters naked gets annoying. |
