Not a bad off hander for mid levels. If target fails disease check its a 9/24 instead of 7/24. Looks and sounds like a whip - way cool. I use it on my 36 rogue for now. When I get my hands on a SSOY and hit level 37 (when SSOY procs) I will pass it on to my bard or maybe sell it. |

I can confirm yet again the spawn time of Dyllin Starshine in High Hold. I logged out in the smuggler's hangout, and when I logged back into the game at 6:40pm, I got there just in time to see Dyllin get taken out by a level 25 druid. So I made a note of the time and went on about my day.
