The scales are real random on Naggy, And the epic quest NPC's speak about Kunark Dragons. Serv in Ej for Green and Talendor for REd, (and you can get red scale from Ragefire/hint ).. Also the scalekeeper in Hole Zone. Just a couple tips.

i totally disagree with vah shir being the worst race for shaman. that guy has no clue what h is talking about. so u dont get an extra 2 regen per tick. pretty much the only way a warrior would use more arrows than a raiding ranger would be if the ranger has endless quiver... but then that's another thing entirely.

Dont Forget that there are those casters that get HP to Mana spells (such as Shamen and Necros)that greatly benefit from high HP and high Mana. IMO this is a very beneficial item |

primals still drop on all servers - if the sleeper was awoken, they are a very rare drop off random mobs in Sleeper's Tomb. some non-primal Warder drops, however, no longer drop. |

recent parse on the ranger's glade showed that with endless quiver and 10 damage arrows, the primal bow outdamages the WBoRZ... if Avatar procs, it widens the gap even further.
so rangers! make sure you nab this bow, EQ and those acrylia arrows! you'll be doing archery damage on par with the avat |

this is good to keep agro down on monks (we need it) but even a bamboo bo is better with lower delay which means faster skill upper. and lower weight and at higher levels who knows low delay with the dmg bonus might be better |

A wonderful Upgrade to Charred Guardian Shield that Ive been caring since I was level 20 lol. The AC and the Resists rock, and its light weight. Above all that its got a str bonus and for us High Elf Clerics that comes in REAL HANDY!!!

Yeah, if you hunt in castle you want to be very caster heavy and light on the melees... maybe monk to pull and 5 caster/priests. We did castle tonight with 60 SHM (epic'd), 58 NEC (epic'd), 57 WIZ, 54 WAR, 54 MAG, and 52 MNK.

I was told mana regen is based on your meditate skill. So 200 meditate means you get 200 mana per min. ex. 20/tick. Each point of FT would would add an extra 20/tick.
