Just to let you know the Place Holder can spawn as 2,3, or 4 saltwater crocs. I can usually pull them one at a time if I start with the one closest to water first and then move on.
Sometimes the next one will aggro but not often. |

All the mobs that drop the notes are even to a level 60. However, the notes are the rare. Took a group in of a 60 pal, 60 druid, 54 cleric, 55 mage, 53 sk, and 59 shaman.
Had no problem killing the 2 on the outside, but the ones on the "hidden" hallway were tough to pull single.

Actually the price on these the Breastplate and the Helm is driven more by the fact that High lvl SK's are buying them for the start of the epic than by the merits of wearing them. I think its part of the old Combine empire teleport system located in the Ocean of Tears. Its now working again (as of May 10 2002) and this must be the teleport point for Qeynos.
Note that the system is only one way - so you can't go from here to the Ocean of Tears. |
