Yes the new Cultural Bows have a new graphic. Made one of the lesser bows myself and saw one of these equiped on a ranger friend of mine.

Hardest part is foraging the stupid branches, ive been averaging 45 min to 1 hour per branch in EW, havent tried PoG yet. I dont have the fletching skill to make the UBER bows yet anyhow!! |

I just killed Tergus Raslin. The damage he does (listed by someone else) is wrong...
He was hitting my rogue for a max of 95 which means he is about 35-38 in level. |

There is a question that I can't seem to find an answer to, but I am still looking. According to what I have read, you need a Runed Sea Shell with 1 charge of EB for this quest. I cannot seem to find one with only 1 charge, they all have 5. Is this the same thing?
