Yup, the main attraction are the legs. 15 int 40 mana/hp (I think). You gotta be high elf of tunare. Moving to Kaine Bale, don't think there is much of a point in making a high elf because there won't be smiths for a while. |

He is on Kromzek faction, however you will need at least dubious with Tormax to get to him without being cothed. I believe that you need ally with him for the quests. |

Think the trivial on this stuff is higher than 250. You can ge recipes over at eqtraders but the cost of this has to be pretty high, uses several BDs per attempt and failures are extreme. |

just so you all know there is a minimum delay on every weapon in the game, dont get me wrong this earing is very nice but for someone duel wielding with ubber chanter haste you most likely will be near the minimum delay on any 1hander by itself,hence dont think your 18 delay with earing and chanter |

This is actually better than both of the Barbed Ringmail and Seb Scale, by a not inconsiderable margin. 40hp + 5 Sta will surpass the raw 50hp on the Barbed Ringmail, and the STR on this is superior as well. The additional stats are icing on the cake. |

It is no surprise that this weapon is better than Celestial Fists, epics were not meant to be the best weapons in the game(especially for melees) and off mobs of similiar difficulty monks are getting 16/19, 17/20, 14/18, 15/20 weapons that are primary useable and have procs too. |
