	Oh yeah, one more thing. This haste item actually has class restrictions so when it drops theres no chanters or clerics or whatever saying "Hey, I want to roll on this too. Melee arent the only ones who use weapons" Stupid meleeing chanters :)

	Since there is such a rediculous amount of twinks out there on some servers, people need to realize when they say what level can have a good time in a particular zone, they should mention whether they are twinked or not. This can have a major impact on someone who isn't. Hope this helps somehow..:)

	That's a very, very good earring. An alternate slot for haste is great, letting you use the other slots for something else. Although there are better haste items, not percent wise, but stat and slot wise, like the Silver Bracelet of Speed in Temple of Veeshan, this is simply excellent for the level

	If you cant solo these at lvl 30 with careful pulling. whats wrong with you i have been killing these kitty's for 5 lvls now on my pally, sure I died a few times but thats cuz i wasnt paying attention when I pulled and ended up with 3 or 4 kats on me. 	I believe in the last patch the spawn rate was increased again as i have seen many more rare spawns.This item dropped for me off the Smiter,who spawns at the first platform near Twilight or the gallows looking thingy near the wall.Fairly consistent spawning if you keep these areas clear.
