I started at level 12 and there were mostly greens right by entrance. This is nice because you can rest near entrance without getting jumped. Based on other players I have watched you can be very successful from level 8 onward. Lower than that and you will be zoning or dying a lot. |

Rangers Test of defence in POA is reported to give a 50% haste cloak slot item...with about 6 ac and some other stats....like 8 str and sta..cant remember for sure...but i am positive on the reported 50% haste.

Yes - It's istant-cast. Lasts about 5 seconds. However, once cast, I don't know how to cancel the effect as it doesn't generate a buff icon.

It is a clickable effect. Target yourself to use on yourself, target someone else to use on them, target a mob to use on... Well, you get the idea. ;)

Easy to get the Opalline helm in lake rathe in the cave underwater (forget where, check EQ atlas). Anyways i'd just go get the Skull Shaped Barbute that's what I did with my bard...after I cashed in the Lambent helm =)
