i am a 26 rogue. i found one of these items on the ground in bank in rivervale. i
thought th effect would be a buff when i first got it so i casted it on myself. oops.
it works in inventory btw so any class can use the effect. |

I have hunted in KC for 3 levels and thats realy long considering i am a druid, and KC groups dont really need druids (agree). But Yesterday i was hunting with my war friend and he pull a Spectral Curate and it was on the corpse we rolled i won with a 9 lol. (he got a 2 :) )

Since they didn't make these quest armors NoDrop I suspect they decided to go light on the stats. I work on some of these for my twinks when I'm bored. There's better stuff out there but I hate to spend pp on twinks. If you can do these quests, even grouped, you probably have better stuff already. |

You're mistaken about only quest items being lvl-restricted. This is lvl 55+ only. I got it after it was first awarded to a lvl 54 on accident, they took it back and thankfully picked me! Thanks NB! |
