**They still need to make player sk pets be about 3/4 the level of the sk, otherwise the pet is still practically useless to us**
Maybe they could make it so SK's dont need mana to cast as well?

No. You are mistaken. If it doesn't say something is a Magic Item, then its not. The ranger weapon and the boots do not say Magic Item. If you look all the rest of the classes do say so.
As I happen to have the weapon and the boots, I know that they are not magical. |

DS is quite a bit harder imo... fought both vindi and him as mt several times and ds can take you down faster if you don't have well trained clerics and tanks... earring is nice though... great haste at 41%... would love to replace my haste belt with that...
