You have to kill the giant spiders in MT to get the Tarsus and Tibia. They are random drops off of those spiders. The Large Fruit Bat Wing drops off of the fruit bats, also a rare random drop. The level to attain posted is lvl 10. That is ridiculous. The only way you can get that deep in at lvl 10 is with quite a bit of help or invis. There is no way even a group of lvl 10's could kill the king. I would probably suggest lvl 20 maybe 17 at the least. |

Was starting to think these didnt exist after spending countless hours in KC and slaying these sentrys on a regular basis. Last night 3 of us pulled a single while waiting to get a full group together and * bingo * these dropped. Lost the roll though but at least I know they do exist.
