A Number of items were changed (Again) on test this eve. (Wed, June 5)
Many items got nerfed (though personally, in most cases I think they should have been), though some were also upgraded from my point of view.

It's amazing to see how badly VI messed this up. A wonderful idea, asinine implemantation.

As best I can tell they do not stack.The 1 2 3 refers to spell lvls not the amount of mana preserveation.(3 items work on lvl 60 spells.
Summoning haste 2 works on a 44 pet but not a 49 pet so 2's upper range is between 44 and 49.) |

All races are Indifferent to the quest givers. One who is KOS in Freeport finds his/her way to the quest givers by having someone cast Invis on them. There are no other NPC's around the quest givers so it is totally safe if you are KOS in Freeport. Just remember, when you leave be sure to Invis a |

I was lucky, after a chain of patches & emergency patches I was just passing through HHP & thought I would look in. Guess who was in residence.
I sat and watched the pathing for a couple of passes, had my escape route off the cliff sussed (Divine Aura ready to avoid the damage) Go.

This has to be the worst thing trak drops. What was VI thinking when they put this in? It doesnt compare to anyother BP drop and their is far better and easier to get than this.
BTW, whoever was trying to sell one to me for 25k, i wouldnt pay 1k for it |

No, that isn't how the spdat.eff works. If it changes by level, it's all listed under the same entry. Different entries means different versions of the spell (or different spells w/ the same name, depending on how you look @ it). |

Very nice weapon, yes... but since it's secondary only, no bard will ever equip this weapon since epic is perma-glued to the off-hand due to the instrument bonuses it gives.
