	Instead of Regent Conservation 3, it is now increase damage 2. I think this kind of bites.. now i dont have a item good until 60's :::slaps knee::: but i must say it is nice having increased damage. I reguarly nuke for 150 and i did a 175 just earlier!!!

	Here here, totally agree with you mate, the sheer number of users and differnet combinations of PC components possible is astounding but don't forget they are working with direct x to get around the whole multiple system configurations thing, even direct x isn't an inexhaustive list of part types. 	I completely agree, this level 20 and below spell allows me to snare, and flame lick my heart's content. Honestly I would really like to see some ranger love soon, like a ranger pet; a ferret or something that auto forages and increases you CHA by 30 points.

	Umm, what about bards. Bards need haste just as much as any other that's listed on there. IN FACT, you need haste for orb of tishan to increase the chance on it's proc besides just dex. On really high end mobs, I always use my tash orb if the mob can be slowed. PLUS I stack it with
