I dunno - at lvl 27 I still cast a lot of low lvl spells, summon food & water, top up heals, bind, gate, invis to undead, etc. Plus any bonus is a good bonus :) |

Its simple:
Any beneficial spell (buff, regen, saves) that you cast, that is a lvl 44 or lower spell, with a duration of 8 tics or more, will last 15% longer if you are wearing one of the items with this effect. (except for complete heal and divine aura)

100 hp of damage in one tick would make it a DD spell not a DoT. Must be a typo in some way. Either it is a DD spell or it as more ticks. My opinion. |

No, because 1 tick is 6 seconds .. it's 100 damage in 6 seconds. If it was a DD, it would be 100 damage in .1 tick i believe or something to that effect or it would say instantanious. |

Personally, I'd give this to my primary shaman first but there's a few reasons for that not related to the shield. It's a great item for all of the classes. Give it to the person for whom it's the biggest upgrade and who has contributed the most to you're guild/group over the course of time. |
