Just so you know these are only human and half elf wearable (BLAH!!). Same with the new newbie ranger armor quest given from the guy next to the guild leader in surefall's ranger guild. From what Ive been told all classes now have new newbie armor quests I guess you just have to ask the right person |

I have a Drakkel Icereaver on my 26 warrior, and it has yet to proc. According to the posts on the Icereaver, it starts pumping out the DD at 30 (as opposed to the Icegrinder, the 2hb version, which started proccing for me as soon as I got it).

This reminds me of Faydark Ringmail, only better, since it has but better AC and more CHA bonus. Still it's not very useful armor IMO. I see you are using magelo...:
1. Write down your current HP
2. Remove your current Neck item and safe!, write down HP.
3. Put the necklace on and safe.
Voila, now you have 3 different settings to compare.
Magelo is quite accurate in calculating HP

IS this stuff Halfling wearable or do I have to continue trying to do the RV stuff? After having tried other noob armors I have come to realise that the drop rates on the Hfl armor components are MUCH lower than any others. That and more of the Hfl components are no drop than any other race armor. |

No, actually it is level 46. I distinctly remember being level 45 and thinking "Sweet, my ES Vams will proc and help me through this hell level" but they didn't. At level 46 they did.

Actually, yes your magic skills do go up.
My ES vams have raised my conjuration skills several times over the course of my ownership of said vams. It works the same for all other kunark armor. |

Yes, a ranger can help you, but will he be nice enough to do so? Not sure since his newbie quests require the same drops with the exception of the gnoll piece. Rangers used ruined chain instead of leather.
