There are MANY skellies by the kobold camp farthest north (aka, #1 on a eqatlas map) killed six one day, off and on camping. they were red at lvl 5 but i had a 40 pally helping. only got one drop tho. hope this helps! |

do Iksar's cap at 200? I am lvl 32 and my swimming won't go up anyhigher. I figured since I started with 100 more in the skill that it would cap higher then the other races. Is that true? |

Having recently reached level 51, and eager to see more of the world with my older guild brothers and sisters, I have dragged my arse to ToV and Hate on several occasion.
First of all, ToV mobs are W.W.A.A.Y.Y harder than Hate mobs. Hate mobs are like crocs in Oasis, while ToV mobs are the SG's. |

This item is handy, but you'll find that you bag it most of the time and when you are solo grinding, you swap it out ALOT.
The effect is right clicked and takes 4 seconds to cast, longer than if you cast the regular version, so if you're trying to snare mobs that run FAST, spend the mana instead |

If you are un-twinked like myself, this is an awsome weapon. I am still useing at level 18, although I am still desperatly looking for a blackend aloy long sword. The only disadvatage to this one is it is primary only, but thats not a big deal at the low level you can get it. |

The only things that ARE monks are items that have monks listed as the only class. It is assinine to assume that every NToV capable guild distributes loot the same or everyone does it from a powerleveling viewpoint.

Well, I loooted one of those high elf guys that walk around in the innothule swamp and I got a high elf meat and a noble's crest.
