Dropped off the Cral Ligi Warmaster in the hidden area of Twilight Sea. Killed him twice tonight and this dropped both times. Not sure if it's common drop or if we were just lucky. |

Ok now there seems to be a huge amount of hype about this weapon and I really cant seem to figure it out. All it is is a piercing weapon with a REALLY crappy ratio. It has no proc and only a few decent Saves. Are these saves actually worth over 800pp? Somebody pls explain what is good about this |

Have to post that as far as i know you just turn in the cloak to the npc not the weapon. I have done the bard and bst parts up too that point and don't want players lossing thier weapons if this part of your post is incorrect.
