This mask procs at 38, it does not give regen, but it does raise faction some. It just started procing for me and i was thoroughly disappointed to see hp go up 3 per tick.

Well im starting to do a little shopping for the Dragon raids for the near future, No matter what anyone says I think thats it a awsome helm for dragon raids. the 15 to each resist is very good, there is better but this is definatly worth your money. its on my To buy list.

Has anyone tried only questing for the scabbard? The reason I ask is this.....

I got one of these things at level 18!! it was easy to get me and a lvl 23 were huntin and got killed the forest gaint in no time plus this thing made me rich i sold it for 300pp ever since thne i have been huntin at the forest gaint camp and got good loot! |

It's not all forms of elves that cannot wear it. Dark elves can wear it. So that would rule that out. One mana per tick may not seem like much and it is fairly negligible while meditating but it doubles mana regeneration while standing or walking, a pretty impressive increase. |

I bought one of these a while back for around 300pp, and then it was only 9/24 and +5 sv magic I belive, good thing they made it better , hehe.
