Collect 10shards of luclin from all different zones, combine them in a container which makes a scepter and then take and orb of lucinite and a drop from the emp in ssra. Combine the lucinite and the emp item in the scepter and you have your key. Dont even bother to do this quest if your guild cant |

Ok where did you find the ebon drakeling scale? I can't find them at all but I have several ebon drake scales (off of the drakes in front of the mino tunnels).
All the drakelings seem to drop is a ruined drakeling scale (and that's super rare as it is). |

Got mine for free from a guild buddy, who didn't feel like carrying around two, he has also been trying to get me a Mask of Deception, whenever he is in LGuk, damn my guild mates rock!
P.S. I know the mask is No Drop, I hang around the desert in case one drops for him, and try to race to the corp |

If the item has brackets, eg dmg (7)22 it means you can use below the recommended level but you can't get the full benefit. These are both no drop and recommended level with no alternative stats, you would be unable to wield it till the recommended level in this case. |

Is VI trying to make BL the H2H damage masters? Seems that his weapon is superior to even celestial fists. Yes, monks get double attack and BL would need two of these, but with the 4 higher dmg and 150DD this seems to make BL the H2H masters and not monks.
