This recipe is WRONG. I have tried to forge the item and get an error. Another perosn also confirmed to me that the recipe does not forge for them as well... Does anyone have the correct recipe? |

I have heard that this problem actually has to do with the war ending, and the zone repopping. So the only thing the GM's could do is have the zone repop later (like 1 or 2 minutes later), but this might have something to do with why the zone gets stuck and has to be reset (just a thought). |

max haste since luclin is 100%. to determine the new delay after haste, divide the delay by 1+haste% (in decimal, ie 50% haste is .50).
