| Theres a Spawn near Docks name is KAnthruk Ogrebane he is lvl 23 !!!!!! he hits for 177 max that i know of kicks for 67 max that i know of and he has no faction hits and drops nothing ... if you dont believe me go to the right of the dock outpost facing the docks and follow water edge he is the one | ||||

| I got one before they revamped Chardok. I believe it drops like the SoS or SBS, pretty much any mob (cept dogs) can drop it. Its by far the most rare of the random drops (seen maybe 10 SBS and 4 SoS, but only one staff), so be prepared to spend alot of time here. However ive not seen, or heard o | ||||
