| I didn't have any luck with the cap either, but the bracer worked. Be sure and not stack the 2 rat ears. And don't put the pattern in the box. | Uhmmm... yes Class: WIZ MAG ENC Race : HUM Freeport newbie quest armour... only given to Wizards, Magicians and Enchanters (Necros get their own quested newbie armour) Only Humans and Half-Eves can start in Freeport... and Half-Elves can't be pure-caster classes. | ||||

| Well, i think you've both had some pretty crappy double damage rolls then. I can easily solo mobs by doing double damage to it if it's snared (not running away either), rooted or anything else. Almost every shot i give to my pulls lands for double damage, almost every single shot. avg damage fo | ||||

| The +15% durration to buffs caused by Zephyr of Brell may work for bards, but not how you want it. The game times all buffs in ticks (6 seconds real life). All buffs are tick based. Most bard buffs are of a 3 tick (18s) duration. The game will add % durration and round DOWN to the nearest tick | ||||

| This comes from one of the "evil" gnomes, the gnome's name is Halorniop and is right near Faerron as well. In fact there is a large group of "evil" (con apprehensive to lvl 12 cleric) gnomes ... this is difficult to do without a large group or a higher level to single pull thing | ||||

| There is not smithing ability involved when making these items. Just do what it says and There you Go! You have just made your very own armor. I did this quest (paladin version) and got some good armor out of the deal. Its really great for newbies. Paladin of Marr | ||||

| I believe that you are correct about the reccomended lvl making your stats go down but am almost certain that the proc remains the same. Velium shards proc at about 12 damage well the ones on velium wepons do and so does my Ice forged shackles | ||||
