This item should be more like common..Seems like 3 out of the 5 Spectral Librarians we killed while camping and pulling to fountain dropped the Cloak..We all also got Ransacker Packs, 1 spirit tome, a Kunzar Mantle and that Spectral Shield..well good hunting and safe journey to all. |

Look...if your character has enough money to support a twink anyway...you should be at a point where you have friends to help you out with it anyway. Hire a newbie to twink if you don't have a friend..gees. Deal with the situation, instead of crying about it. As far as the copper, silver situatio |

Actually, "oh please..." poster, a lot of us want the ability to transfer money between our characters with ease because we DON'T like being loot grabbers. As long as our high lvl players can fund all our needs, we can enjoy the game without stress over loot and money. We paid our dues, |

Several people were picked by Verant to test SoL for bugs and such before the actual release. They started around mid August.
It was mentioned on the test server.
People picked were ones who help the game by helping people I guess. Mostly those with Web sights and those who do articles on the ga |

Being a Brit I think it sucks too, not as much as you poor aussies tho, and I know a load of people who not only booked the day of but the entire week. Cheers Ubisoft for a well organised release :).
PS. Isnt the late release totally unfair too as our cousins across the pond will have a head star |

Actually, you pry haven't heard of any accounts being harmed because you don't have any inside info...how do you know that they didn't happen to grab a few accounts while they were hacked in. If you were on Brad's computer and had access to everything (And you were in evil person that would do this |

Verant really seems to be doing all they can to assure the success of DAoC! Delaying release of Luclin expansion, screwing up the Luclin patch so people cannot play EQ now at all, the No Coin Drop patch that's so unpopular...I'm no marketing genius, but it seems to me you don't build up something t |

Frankly I don't believe Ubisoft/Verant. In this modern world of production lines, global communication and air freight there can be no justification for a week long delay in release.
ID4 was set for world-wide release on July 4th. Then an American twigged that it's July 4th in the rest of the wor |

Does this imply that the "rest of the world" are going to have to wait for the patch to start too
Verant does seem to decide that 400000 people is enough and isnt seeking more suckers outside the US ones that would play at low times for the US
Ah Its good to see colonialism alive and wel |

Valmeria -
I also agree with your post. Although I can see what VI is attempting to do, I definitely think that it is overkill on a problem that may not be a problem at all. What next? To prevent scams on other items being traded, are we going to prevent other items from being dropped as well?

This really sucks. I preorder my copy so that as soon as the servers come back up I can sweep in to explore the new zones with the rest of my guild (who are in America) but no, New Zealand won't have it for another 10 days if I'm lucky so sweet. By the time I get there all I'll find are Duids camp |
