Necro's are about the only class that i could really see wanting this. As HP are very important in regards to mana regen (lich), and AC isn't all that important for em anyways. |

I have heard that with the release of SoL verant was gonna give the regen proc back to this item, i aslo hear that they were planning on de-nerfing a few other items but not sure what those would be yet. can someone shed some light on this?

Necros arent the only ones that this would be good for, This would be a SWEET! Rogue neck item. Rogues do lack AC but the 100 hp and 5 sta would more than make up for that. And 10 str, dude this is a rogue item all the way! |

Ok, might be a DirrectX issue. When I test the 3d acceleration, DX 7 dll works good, DX 8 dll brings up the blue screan of death. Hmm, I had heard DX 8 was very unstable (they even make uninstallers for it) Wonder why Verant went with it? |

As a cleric I often lay into Planar mobs when I've got extra mana. I'm FM, the tanks have aggro, and it beats sitting on my butt. Why not nuke? Btw, I got 47, 48, 54 in hate and 49 and 51 in PoG. Raid xp ain't all that bad if you're smart enough to do it safely.

In my most humble of opinions, this is a definate upgrade. Not much else to say, you'd lose a few wis and some other stuff (not to mention EB, but who cares) but you'd gain a rather large amount of raw ac. And AC is where it's at in the end game :)
