This is used in a quest in Katta Castellum given out by the caretaker guy in the church.
Although he gives one quest there are actually 3 Items that can be got.. each one requiring the return of 4 stolen items. |

dmg bonus means crap! it varies with lvl/class of wielder and is not something for you to even consider when buying or considering the value of a weapon unless the person selling is same lvl/class as you. this has been explained many times by many players.

Most twinking is done by camping a higher lvl to get items for a lower. There are no social elements to this, and I understand why it's so frequently done. But it mostly hurts the game.
