everyone says 10 hp is nothing after low levels.
it's not. it's 10hp. 10hp here, 15hp there, a few stamina on that, and it can add up to enough to make a difference. Besides, you run faster at 50hp than at 40.

Well to the guy who said ya gotta be 50: DORK! :) I grabbed one of these off a fg we killed at the fort in gd and irt cast for me when i was 40. I tried to cast it on another person, like ya can do with coldain beards and it did not work. Hope this is helpful.

Personally, I think that the new "Recommended Level" is just like the other item restrictions: class, and race. If you're not small, you can't wear a dwarven ringmail tunic. If you're not large, you can't wear trakanasaur hide armor. If you're not a ranger, you can't wear etched ivy arm |

oh ya, was wearin a fbr till i got this. doubled the int from 3 to 6 with this, plus it has the 5 cha, through in the resist and u get a decent chanter robe. might i add that i got this for only 200pp! normally c it selling on drinal for anywhere from 750 to a k. =D |
