	This item's drop location has gotta be one of the best kept secrets in the game. No one's ever camping the mob that drops it on Tholuxe Paells anyways, which tells me no one knows it's there. Either that, or they think it's not worth it (highly doubt that to be true).

	I got this ring today, it dropped off of a Crusader , he is found in the undying iksar camp, and is damn near impossible to pull solo, even by a level 60. You end up with about 20 skels chasing you to the zone.

	Agreed. A level 30 human monk solo'd the mob that drops this. Was killing fungoids to farm some armor for my girlfriend who just started EQ with an iksar monk. Had a couple out in the hallway and watched the monk stomp on the swarm leader/queen whatever it's called. She finished up with like 30%

	WTG Verant! The nerfing would make sense if this item were usable by classes that didn't have the spell. I would much rather see them impliment a harder quest to get the item than doing this crap to it. Naturally no reason was given for this. I don't but the 'as intended BS'.

	Can't be that hard? Been to Maidens Eye yet? It's a nerf. When the usability or power of an item is reduced, it's a nerf, when something is made more useful or powerful it's been fixed.

	On the issue of twinking I beleve it is beneficial and healthy to give a leg up to a starter as long as you dont goto extreem some basic armor, a decent weapon, or even a set of spells. As a druid I am pummeled by the tells and begs for buffs, money or twinks I generally ignore such request but
