	What does this stuff look like? Is it compareable to anything? I think it's pretty sweet gear for some priest and arcane classes, though I don't doubt many others will find use for it too. Just pay a little attention when the mob(s) you're fighting begin slinging fire based magic at you :)

	Mana is used in 2 songs. One is a big AE DD song (does 411 per target over 4 targets @ 53) and the other is a charm song that lets you charm mobs supposedly up to lev 55. The mana useage is a balancing issue for that song so we cant just keep charming it over and over. Basically, mana is a real

	Haloween belt AKA Girdle of the Holy Wanderer. Got one myself from EK. I think the fact this has some mana on it makes up for the 2 wis, nice resists and double the ac. Any caster/leather class would be happy with this. Ill take it!

	It still drops, just not as often. This is the typical post-release decrease in crazy drop rates. They also increased the challenge of the zone by changing the MR of most if the spawns.
