	This wand is a wonderful dueling item. It is easily obtained, instant-casting and useable by everyone. I believe the effect on this wand strips off the first 4 buffs you have on. I also believe it is unresistable.

	This is an awesome item for pure int and wis casters, regardless of class. I know someone will want to say Chanter item, because of the charisma, but 20 int/wis and 100 mana, and 15 ac make this awesome for any caster. Gratz to Noble Blade. Nice item.

	Got one this weekend could not believe it when someone in my guild told me it was worth about 10-12k. Sold it VERY quickly for 8K plus a pair of Golden Eff Boots (4k or so on my server). Easy to sell, lots of queries. I do not remember the mob I got it off being named. Was not even a tough fight.

	Look up mithril boots. ToV drop i believe 30ac 5str 15sta 15svm 50hp. Not as many stats as these but more ac and more of the stats it does give. Either are nice :)
