If I read it right verant said that is has no effect on the actual stats of the item it only means that that is the recomended level for it and if there is an effect it might not proc till then. |

One group can do the weaker named WW dragons, some can even be done with 4 people, but those only drop the 5/4 talismans. The dragons that drop the 7/6 talismans are mainly the scar dragons and require at least 2 strong groups if you don't plan on CRing half the time.

This is a good way to raise your Divination skills. Just go through a bar of mana casting this (and Sense Animal, if you have it) and you'll eventually get your skills up there for when you really need the spells. |

Gate and/or an evac spell should ALWAYS be in one of your gem slots for casting.
In a group of melee classes it is always correct to have a gate/evac spell memm'd, and if you use it when you didnt have to, take it as a learning experience as to when you should/shouldn't use, and tell your group |

Verant "fixed" this situation by removing rangers from Moktor, removing bards from Dark Assassin, and adding bards to Moktor armor dropping in Umbral. Now bards will actually receive armor they will use in this zone. It only makes sense that bards get plate armor.

Its a new item added to the data base. They are going to start it more where noobs can find the spells they need or if some of us older players need to find one for a class we never played we can come here and look for it. So its listed "new" for being newly added to the database. |
