	Any Warrior who rolls for this item against a ranger should be slapped, hard. Stick with your nice AC stat totems and such and leave archery to the pros.

	If the proc just lowers your aggro by -100. Then having over 10 skill in 2hb would make this a worse weapon, because doing full damage would build aggro even more before it procs. And with 35 INT and 100 mana, it beats most Primary/Seconday Combinations out there. So the person with the vision

	Correct me if I"m wrong, but are not rogues the only class that cannot train in 2HB? If so, that would explain their (our actually) inability to use this item.

	I submitted this item. It came off "The huntress". I found her to be a bit tougher than a standard scarlet cheetah. The Lvl 40 tag is there because the default lvl to obtain an item is set to the lowest level recomended for the zone in this case 40. In my opion, yes a full group of 40s, b

	This dropped for me a LONG time ago off the named spawn outside of the Herb Shack (near the back porch) down past the mines. I don't recall the name offhand.
