	actually no, LSOEE +5 magic dmg is easy to resist even against tashed mobs in DL, 1/3 of the time the elemental dmg hits for 0 the rest its evenly spread out between 1-5 dmg, so 20/29 beats 16+1-5/29 by alot

	There's a lot of ghetto all/all 2hb. Mage summoned staves come to mind. As far as I know, all 2hb shovels are all/all. The idea being, come on, how much skill does it take to whack someone over the head with a shovel?

	or perhaps the coders of the (non-verant) parser made a bad choice of words. Jolt adds -500 to hate. I.E. it drops you by 500 on the hate list. The parser says that warrior epic lowers you on the hate list by 500 or something. Proccing jolt? No, the message is messed up.

	I am pretty sure there is no way a group of level 36s could take this mob out. I was in a group of four a chanter, sk, mage and myself a druid all over level 52 we didnt have a problem with chancellor but im sure the level is wrong a group of 40s would not likely have a chance.

	I'm a druid... and I solo. I'm nothing but a train waiting to happen if I was to try joining a group now (just dinged 42) but at least I KNOW that. ;) I figure I'll keep going until 52-ish (just to get some AA points) then go camp equip to twink a group-type character, re-learn grouping skills

	I think the debate on HP versus mana can be cleared up for those who do not play casters. The theory is, if you are getting hit, something went wrong. This item is targeted...
