Shaman's do have HP buffs... starting with Talisman of T'Narg at 34 (134 hp buff, if I remember right)
Would be nice.... but no way in hell I'm givin' up my Howling Harpoon that's in the range slot now. (It'll come out of the range slot when I can use the proc).

I'm all for that. In fact, I think ALL two-handed blunt weapons should have the old "over-the-shoulder" swing the two-handed slashers did.
I guess I'll just have to settle for a Guard's Mallet ... I luv seeing people club mobs with that.

So, is this a rare random drop off of things around the zone, and indicative of the things not found on totally uber mobs?
Or... did this come off of a sub-boss, or boss?
This item doesn't seem to be in line with the rest of the uber-mob dropped stuff in the zone, though it is extremely good.. |

I occasionaly hit in the 140's with this weapon, but I also whiff a fair amount of the time. My max hit is 147 with self storm str buff (against a red ToV mob). My 1hb is maxed at 175.

I agree that this isn't all that great for the risk involved. However, if you are killing Rumblecrush, you are doing it for the possibility that he will drop something better. Mobs can't drop uber items every time they are killed. |

Absolutely right, Thayn. I'd make this trade (HP for Mana) in a heartbeat.
After fights, if by some chance I've gotten whacked on, I'll tell healers not to bother wasting their mana healing me. I'll just bandage myself to half (Bind Wounds = 100,) and get the rest back while I med back my man |

Actually you have the Ottimir Prexus Totem...its like 10 to 15 AC (can't remem exact) but also adds 18 WIS and 20 STA...it is by far THE BEST DROPPABLE ranged item in the game especially since i believe it is ALL ALL. 20 STA for any tank/melee class is awesome. 18 WIS is for the priest classes. A |

very much truth in what you say..easiest way around this via pickup group or not is to first off whole group decide beforehand if group is need or greed in the beginning..if join a pickup group..find out soon as join by asking..is it need or greed group..once you have your answer then there is no re |

Looks like a nice upgrade from the Gatorscale Leggings.
+5AC +1Wis added Int and a switch from 15hp to 10mana.

Have to remember, by the time you get high enough in level, 50+, you already have a couple thousand hps so -50 would be a drop in the bucket. On the other hand, in a major firefight 50hps can be the difference that could make or break you and i would have to think hard before giving this to my Vah B |

It would be great if verant got a real sense of humor and made some really silly names. I think this should drop off of Velvet Jones for instance. Maybe add a guy named Smutty Jankins. They had the right Idea with Shady Swashbuckler.
