Ok, here is my guide to getting Ghoulbane. I finished the quest in 2 days, about 5 hours each day. These are the steps in order that I took. You WILL need help with most of these unless you are 30+ in my opinion.
1) High hold keep - Amstaff's Scroll. This was the hardest item to get. Killed |

The list of deities is in itself the killer on this item, many of the enchanters I know are agnostic and wouldnt beable to wear this cloak |

Nice item, though Pallies, Rangers and SK, along with some priest classes might swop this out in favour of an item with some AC and stats on, still a damn nice item though. |

We (30 Warrior/55 Druid)finally did it, took us 5 hours to complete the quest from start to finish. We had great timing in SRO. We spent 3 hours killing everything in sight. Finally the AC Popped and we were only 2 people in zone, it was great not to have any competition. Took an additional 2 hours |

uhh, no. its not off.
just because you are wearing items that drop off level 30+ mobs doesnt mean thats what you were intended to wear.
look at all quests that can be done around your level. *those* are the items that you should be wearing. look at the items dropping off mobs your level. *thos |

Have to say that this is another very nice item coming off Rumble. Seems to be pretty much on par with what i;ve heard of his difficulty. Finally, I have seen a 1hs that I am looking forward to getting. Paladins and SK's have a good selection of 1hs that they can choose form, but none with really good dmg/delay ratios..This thing is uber, grats to whoever got it.

if a preist caster tried using a weapon at all they would be better with a 1/10 weapon, they'd seriously do more damage.
even with the 40 damage on it they would probaly be hitting for 1-5s... |

Flowing Thought is all perm. effect. That's why it says (Worn) on the pic. It also stacks with other FT items and all mana regen spells/songs. This is a nice item though...it's permanant Breeze! Woohoo :P |

Question is.. how would you KNOW if he had only played his 55 monk for 2 days?
Agreed on the time to level. I twinked my warrior and he leveled to 50 fast, because he had equipment "decent" to a level 50. After that things slowed down A LOT.
