LOL...yah root the mob and see how the rogue likes that in an xp group. Evade doesn't work when the mob is rooted. The rogue will get diced up in 3 seconds flat. That doesn't even take into account the fact that a root will not stick for more than a tick with a whole raid pounding on the mob. St |

Don't get we wrong, I love this site. And I know with 10,000 items in the database I know it's not going to be flawless. But I've noticed with quite a few of the new items being added, the stats don't match the picture posted.
Now, is this item +15 mana or +15 vs Magic?

It is incorrect to think that SKs are the evil version of Paladins (or an "anti-paladin" if you will). |

I agree with Zasiss. It is much better suited to casters; It is an amazing caster belt, and mediocre at best for a melee of that level. If you are capeable of getting this belt, you are easily capeable of getting a spider fur belt from Velketor's Labyrinth which has compareable 'melee' stats. You ar |

Increasing your hide skill by 5% should help you evade more easily during combats, right? With 200 skill in hide, this item would give you an additional 10 points in the skill. I presume that 210 skill in hide helps you to successfully evade more often than if you had 200 skill. If any rogues out |

The latest round of items coming out of Umbral seem to be armor type specific. This item is geared towards Leather armor wearers. There is a Chain specific armor drop (Wicked Mail) that is Rog, Rng & Sha only. |

This wont become a 20 / 20 weapon- only BANE damage is directly applied to the damage of the weapon then used for damage calculations. Magic cold, fire etc plus X adds onto the damage after it is calculated.
Ie a 10 dmg / 20 delay weapon with Bane vs Bears plus 2 becomes a 12 / 20 weapon when used |

This would appear to be for evil-aligned religious zealots, that wear reasonably strong armor and get involved in combat. However, that's just a guesstimate.

Rogues get much better armor than this. Monks also get better armor than this, plus they get their innate AC bonus for being light and maneuverable. For now, I think that Beastlord armor is generally unbalanced: you get low AC and low weight armor, but you don't get any bonus AC for keeping encum |

Pets won't use no drop weapons. Otherwise, mages could summon their epic, use it to summon an uber pet, hand the epic to the pet, and then resummon their epic. |

Also if you land flash of light, then step back out of the mobs melee range, it will run as if it was feared. Flash of light also lowers ATK by 5, but this spell only blinds. |

Lol... that is SO true. I remember having to listen to a lvl 49 Warrior complaining he was excluded from a Hate raid because he wasn't dual-weilding a pair of Yaks. Admittedly this was years ago, but in those days Yaks WERE 'uber'. |

Hide and evade are two different skills. Hide is the skill that lets rogues go invis, evade is the one that lets them loose aggro. |

Yeah, this comes off a Greater Horror . . . it kinda sucks for the difficulty of the mob and all the roaming thought horrors that add. He flurries, maxing for around 220 per hit and is immune to snare/root if I remember right. |

The jury is still out on this one. It remains true that evading sucessfully doesn't change throughout a Rogue's career despite the Hide skill increasing dramatically. The ratio of successes to failures is extremely constant. This has led to most of the Rogue community thinking that increasing Hid |
